Positive: Nice apartments in a new house in an old district. Beautiful surroundings. 24/7 supermarket across the street, walking distance to a restaurant/bar quarter. Contactless check-in. Helpful host.

Negative: From the photos and the description of the one-room apartment, I didn't realize that the 'terrace' is not connected to the room, but is just a common area on the ground floor. Fortunately, the host let us upgrade to the apartment with a private balcony.

It’s very clean, comfortable, and has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Tbilisi! Everything is within walking distance: cozy bars, local markets, charming streets, and many sightseeing spots. You can easily walk to Freedom Square, the Old Town, Narikala Fortress, and even the beautiful Botanical Garden. Tucked away in the lovely old Sololaki district, it’s the perfect spot if you want to be close to everything but still enjoy some peace and quiet. We were just a short stroll from Freedom Square, cozy cafés, local bakeries, and those gorgeous winding streets full of history. The host was incredibly welcoming — proper sound — always ready to help but never intrusive. The flat had everything we needed: comfy bed, great shower, fast Wi-Fi, and even a little balcony to sip morning coffee and watch the city wake up. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more.
