Negative: The only minus for a big group is a lack of the second bathroom 🛁, but that's not a big deal.

Positive: Such a beautiful apartment hidden inside the old building! The interior, the balconies, the kitchen, the terrace - everything is just perfect. The kids didn’t want to leave it. Nino the owner is such a sweet lady, will help you with anything you need. It is also sparkling clean! Best apartment we ever stayed in Tbilisi!

Positive: Very friendly and helpful hosts and the apartment was in a good location not far from the city centre. The size of the apartment was perfect for our party of 5 adults and 2 children and all facilities were really good with kitchen balcony and very large roof balcony which was a great place to sit at night and even sunbathe during the day. Tandoor bakery, fruit and veg. shop/butcher directly below apartment and small supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, delicatessen, coffee shop all directly across the road made this the perfect location. When I return to Tbilisi I will definitely contact Bacha, the owner, as he also can arrange tours and is a wealth of information on Georgian history, and the fantastic Georgian food and wine! We had a great time! :)

Positive: That was a marvelous experience as we were in Tbilisi for a weekend with my friends. We booked the apartment due to a spacious terrace as we were not sure during booking of restaurants would be operating during our stay because of covid. The rooms are great and the matresses on the beds are just incredible. I want them for my bedroom. The host is living in the same building, bank, pharmacy, grocery, bakery are all around the corner. Perfect stay!

Negative: Its a challenge with 6 girls and just 1 combined bathroom))
