Positive: Good location near to lots of bars and restaurants. 5 minutes from the Metro
Negative: Confusing instructions on how to get hold of the keys. Several small details made it less enjoyable e.g.coffee machine didn't work

Positive: The location was brilliant and it was very clean. Lift to apartment with spiral stairs to lounge kitchen and bedroom 2 Small very outside terrace with table was nice. an Good communication with the landlord through the stay.
Negative: Nobody’s fault but it was super noisy from outside bars and restaurants which reflected its very central location. This is beyond the remit of the landlord.

Positive: Its panorama from the rooftop is awesome. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, bakeries, and also the metro station Les Halles is a 5-minute walk, which makes any part of Paris easily accessible. The kitchen is well-equiped for quick cookings the bedroom is large and comfortable.
Negative: The cleanness could be improved, but ot was still acceptable.

Positive: The location, the amount of space in the rental and the views from the balcony were excellent. T
Negative: The property needs a few repairs including tightening/replacing the posts and balusters on the railing to the main stairwell (a safety issue). There was no property guide (like the password to the WiFi) and it was impossible to get a response from the host through the booking.com messaging. After multiple tries we were able to get in touch by texting (not calling) the WhatsApp number provided for the property management company. Given other rental services warn against communicating outside their service, I found this frustrating and sketchy.

Negative: Everything was great. Maybe the table in the upper bedroom is not needed since was not stable table.

Positive: The place is really good and the kitchen well equipped. They have many facilities in the surroundings. A supermarket conveniently near. The view from the apartment is superb. If desired, guests can definitely enjoy a very special dinner homemade with a nice view :) The hosts are always ready to help. Super recommended
Negative: In one of the rooms it can get very bright early in the morning. It can also get hot, considering the season booked. I had an allergy reaction due to a few spots with mold. But it's a great accommodation after all.

From the living room windows, you can see the Sacré-Cœur. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the 6th floor. It has an elevator, which is a huge plus. Excellent communication with the owner.
