Summary: This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!

Summary: Clean upscale hotel with wonderful views of the city! The hotel is in close proximity to everything. Check in was quick. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Room was clean with a great view. My only issue was the lack of attention to the amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I asked for a refill and only shampoo and body wash was replaced. Those items should be checked daily and replenished without the guests even having to request it. Other than that, we loved the hotel and glad we picked it over the others in the area.

Summary: This is my go to hotel when I am visiting the city. It’s in close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants in the area and the overall feel and comfort of the hotel is amazing. They always accommodate my early check ins and the staff are amazing

Summary: We got a room on the 26th floor. The views were BEYOND AMAZING. We barely wanted to leave the room:) Location is super convenient and amenities were nice. Front desk staff member Veronica is one exceptional professional with the best attitude and personality, which we appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to taste the restaurant of the hotel but had something from the lobby market shop and it was great. DEFINITELY staying here on our next trip to Philadelphia.
