Nestled on the shores of Lamoka Lake, you'll find yourself at the heart of the Seneca & Keuka Lake Wine Trails, and nearby Corning, Watkins Glen, & Ithaca.
Indulge in a lakeside retreat for 10! The main house sleeps 3 and features a spacious open living area with a stunning kitchen, dining, and living room with floor to ceiling windows, and central air. A loft bedroom offers a Queen adjustable bed, Smart TV offering Roku and Cable, and a cozy seating area with a futon. The bathroom on the first floor boasts a walk-in shower, with a washer and dryer in the mudroom entryway.
Across the road, a second-story garage apartment accommodates 7 guests with two bedrooms offering Queen adjustable beds, and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed and trundle. The apartment includes 3 AC units and ceiling fans. Below the apartment, you’ll find a fitness room with workout bench, free weights, and a treadmill as well as a GAME ROOM area with corn hole boards and a multi-use game table including pool, ping-pong and picnic table options.
Enjoy amenities like 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, lake access from the firepit area, and a boat dock (note: no boat launch access, but one is nearby). Additional features include a gas grill, dishwasher, iron and board, microwave, oven, private porch, toaster, water cooler, WiFi, and cable TV and Roku for streaming. We kindly ask that you respect our NO PETS policy during your stay. Please note that only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed on the property; emotional support animals do not fall under this category. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a $650 fee.
We provide a starter kit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags, but please bring any additional supplies you may need for your stay.

Summary: The house was perfect for a girls weekend! 6 of us arrived to the lake front property and everyone had their own bed between the front and back house which was nice. We used the kayak and paddleboards on property. It was quiet which was perfe t to relax. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only negative would be that the pillows could use replacing. Very flat. So bring your own. Otherwise perfect place to unwind and relax. We will be back. Our code for the house was wrong in the email but we called right away and management figure out thwt it was a typo. After that it was smooth sailing.

Summary: The house was beautiful with a great open layout perfect for group gatherings. The view from the livingroom is stunning. We especially enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. Lake Lamoka is shallow, so we never were concerned about falling out of the canoe or kayak (we managed to stay dry) and the lake is preferable to busier lakes. There are some motorized boats on the lake, but they were quiet and coutious when we were paddling nearby.

Summary: I can honestly say that there was not one thing missing in the attention to detail on this house and property. Beyond my expectations in how well it was stocked. Very clean and minimalist as far as decor which I love especially when you are at a VRBO. The outside space was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us from lakeside campfires to fishing off the dock. Would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
