This has been a labour of love for those involved in the project.

Summary: We had a wonderful 3-day stay. The house was wonderful, well equipped and had amazing views to the lake. It was also really close to the Old man storr and many other must visit places. Perfect choice to stay at Skye for a couple of days!

Summary: We would highly recommend staying at Lochside. It was peaceful and every need was catered for. A welcoming bottle of wine and wood for the fire. The views of the swans on the loch were heavenly. Lochside was just a beautiful place to soak in a little bit of Skye.

Summary: We had a road trip in Scotland staying at various private houses and this one was the best out of all. The location is stellar - right next to the scenic waterfalls and the iconic Quiraing hiking trail. The place is uniquely quiet and serene. Highly recommend.

Summary: Beautiful house, only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable, like felt mattress springs digging into you uncomfortable. For a place this expensive, why not update the mattresses? Also, we knew it would be this way going into it, but you really are remote. If you like being closer to restaurants, shops etc. this is not the place. But if you like being remote, this is the place! Otherwise very clean, beautiful property, bath rooms are phenomenal!
