Summary: The location of the rental was perfect on Mission Bay-a block from the bay side and three blocks from great beaches and waves big enough for the teens to boogie board. The property has lots of beach chairs, boards, and toys. There is a separate two bedroom and one bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a larger unit upstairs with a good kitchen and gathering area. The property is older, but met our needs for a family trip for spring break.

Summary: This rental property had everything we were looking for. It had more then enough space for everyone, not to mention all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect as it was just steps to the beaches as well as activities, shopping and eating places. Good place to stay!

Summary: All 20 of us enjoyed our stay. We had room to spread out and this is the only place I have every rented in Mission Beach where I could park a 15 passenger van! We typically stay at South Mission and Stacey and Andrew's place is at the the very tip of South Mission. We were there to play volleyball - so the Mission Beach courts were just a 5 minute walk .

Summary: We came with a large family group including 8 adults and 3 children. This location and set up were perfect for the group. We would definitely come back and stay again as we had a great time and love Mission Bay.

Summary: We had a great stay at Stacey's, our group had a wonderful time. The location is just great: you can walk to the beach both ocean side (very active and crowded) or bay side (more private and relaxed). The rooftop patio is a great highlight, both for morning breakfast or night gatherings around the fire watching the stars (the sky is usually very clear!). Great place for families! Stacey has been very cooperative and kind in all the stages of our stay, being very quick to answer to all our questions. I definitely recommend this home and hope to be back soon in the lovely San Diego!

Summary: Stacey's home was in an ideal location, steps to the beach and easy access to popular SD spots. The entire family enjoyed watching the sun set on the ocean on our beach walk. Our toddler daughter enjoyed playing on the playground at the beach as well. We also enjoyed the fire on the roof top deck. Will stay here again!

Summary: Our group of 12 had a very comfortable stay at Stacey's house over a long weekend. Great location and easy access to Mission beach. Beach walks in the morning were very refreshing. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a few meals. Clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy. Everything was as advertised.
