Summary: The view was it was amazing and peaceful. The night skies were beautiful. This was our third stop on a 10 day journey and got the best sleep here cause it was so relaxing. Would come again if I’m back out in this area, thanks Mike and Erin.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, this is a perfectly suited location to explore Mesa Verde. The property is clean, newer, and in a beautiful area. And it is dog friendly! It would be great to stay for a longer time. The only reason I don’t give it all five stars is that it seemed that a kitchen inventory was overdue. It was missing some of the basics like salt and pepper, a set of wine glasses, and the cupboards were haphazard. Lots of some things, none of others. Also the 2 person table was wobbly and there could be something nicer there like a small gate leg table that could be folded out when needed. Bed was super comfy, and we were glad we picked it.

Summary: Showed up early to confirm location before heading to Mesa Verde , met w/owner who was clearing off drive access and parking spot next to guest house , provided advice on where to eat as well , nice people , the house was spotless, bed was comfortable and shower was hot . I would be very happy to return to this location!
