We allow well behaved pets ,great dog walks near by

The space
The balcony overlooks the park lake which is supplied by the river clwyd ..this is a peaceful setting to be as one with nature see the swans and ducks come for food ...kids will love this ...just installed!...a 3 person HOT TUB let the kids enjoy while you relax [they must be supervised] .. then when they have gone to bed . THE HOT TUB is yours !

The apartment is self contained with all you need ..a galley kitchen and 2 seperate shower and bathroom . .the studio arrangement allows the large tv to be seen from the double bed ...there is a seperate tv in the 2nd bedroom which sleeps 3 in a bunk and single arrangement

All Bedding and towels are supplied, Hot water, Gas central heating is also included , also Wifi and free parking , We do however respectfully ask you pay for the electricity that is used [not everyone requires the hot tub,and recently some guests have been charging their cars] so we believe its a fair system .the average price for a 3 night break is £5- £12 depending on season etc [details on arrival ] but its a simple meter reading and then leave cash for what you have used.

Summary: Relaxing view from the balcony overlooking the water and park, sitting in a swinging chair. Property was as described by owner. The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. He was very apologetic about this and it was repaired the following morning, and all ready to use later on in the day. As I have some mobility issues I needed to be careful getting into the tub but was sooo worth it once I did. I have recommended to a few friends this place as they accept dogs.
