Positive: Location was good, as was the size of the room and the view from the window (of a busy roundabout, but I didn't find it too noisy). There was a restaurant on site as well, and not too far from Railway Station (10 mins in auto) and a reliance supermarket 10 mins walk away.

Negative: I was disappointed more than I liked things: 1. Horrible odour in the hallway, and bedrooms - I complained a few times but nothing could be done other than open windows, or spray deodoriser. The smell was coming through the ventilation vents tho and smelt like somebody was chain smoking in the vents. Very unpleasant. 2. The cleanliness could have been so much better - I don't blame the cleaners, but the manager who is clearly not giving them the right equipment, pay or training. There is no excuse 3. The staircase was mostly unusable; dark, dirty and often had stuff in it. Would hate to use it in an emergency 4. Everywhere was dusty; restaurant, hallways, lift, everywhere. Such a shame 5. As I say I blame the boss; they're clearly not training their staff or paying their staff enough to incentivise them to clean / keep the place in good order. 6. The food at the restaurant was underwhelming, and the breakfast too. The cereal looked like it hadn't been changed for days. And some days there was no tea available in the machine. I have to say I usually give places 4.5-5 star reviews, but here i was just so disappointed

Positive: The bathtub. The Staff. The meals in the lunch. The breakfast.

Negative: The check in is at 12pm. I have reached the place at 12pm and waited till 2pm for check in. That 2 hours was hell. The staff gave me complimentary breakfast for the wait.
