Positive: Obvious a lot of care and love had gone into this property and a lovely garden area and colourful Dahlias. Exceptionally clean and well fitted out.

Negative: Beds were more like camp beds and very small and soft. Did not sleep well at all. A rethink on how steps indoors highlighted needed. Light reflected from Nightlight caused a shadow, making it look like Step was further away and I fell and hurt my back. Matting in hallway didn’t help as very dark and stripes misleading, making it look like flooring continued. Small grip handle at Kitchen entrance and by step in hall would be very helpful. Also, maybe a light by step itself?Understand flooring can’t be changed, but do think easy steps could be taken to make it safer, as it was a quiet and lovely welcoming place, but sadly the above would stop us from rebooking .

Positive: Location was superb for work In Horncastle area. The cottage was gorgeous with lots of local suggestions in a book for places to go and places to eat. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely log burner and heating combination and beds super Comfy. Would definitely recommend.
