Summary: Don't go there expecting a resort or spa feel. Yes they have an onsite spa but charge 75 dollars a person to access the aquaspa for 45 minutes! And thats no massage nothing but 45 min access to a pool and a sauna. The pool you do have access to for free advertises 8am to 11pm. It is not. When lifeguards are not on duty they limit the entire pool area to 10 people. Made sense during covid. Not now. Pool has water slide so it is always packed with kids so dont go there expecting a spa like feel. Even the hotubs arent off limit to kids. You would be better off spending a few dollars more and going to the nearby Scandinavian Spa where you can stay as long as you like. The rooms itself were spacious and quiet yet dated. Kitchenette was sufficient. Bathroom lacked anywhere to put your toiletries. No shelf or countertop. There are also no dresssers or place to put your clothes. There was only a closet with 8 hangers. Not practical if you are spending more than a day or so. The power system is bizarre. First you need your room key inserted into a slot to access power. Fair enough. However dont plan on reading in bed without disturbing others. To turn on the bedside lamp requires other lights to be left on in room. As they are hardwired inside the walls you cant even unplug them. And expect to pay to have your room cleaned. $70 for changing sheets and doing a clean of the entire room. If you just want fresh towels for your room that will cost you $25 Not worth the price.

Summary: 5 Year Wedding Anniversary Trip and we were not disappointed. We Did the AquaPath and Couples Massage and it was amazing! Our room was great, a lot bigger than we were expecting. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Overall, the experience was great. The location was amazing. The restaurant on site was superb. Same with the spa. The only thing that I had the problem with, would be the condition of the room. The rooms definitely need to be updated or at least just maintained better. They were very clean just seemed more like a dorm room than a comforting spot to stay. The staff was truly amazing. We went for our honeymoon and we let them know ahead of time and they were kind enough to prep the room with some rose petals on the bed and some towel sculptures of swans and roses. It was truly amazing. Would recommend going will probably come back on our anniversary.

Summary: We had a great time with our family. The resort has a park, Plath pad, outdoor hot tub and indoor pool and hot tub. The water slide was fun! Our room was a little run down (a few broken things) but was clean and came with all the things we would need in our kitchenette. Cool area to explore, close to lots of things. Overall, we had a great time 😊

Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel. Last stay we gave them a pass on the lack of some services/amenities as they were doing renovations. This stay we were in the new section of the hotel but you have to go outside or use inside stairs to access the older part of the hotel where the front desk/restaurant/pool/spa etc are.Not handy for seniors or handicapped. We both woke up with multiple little red bug bite marks on us. We wont be back to this hotel.
