Summary: Everything was good, except the air conditioning unit was a bit loud, but overall was a good stay, we had a room to the back, so street noise was not a problem, room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom seem to have heated floors it was so nice.

Summary: The hotel is subpar to say the least. We arrived at 340 pm check in is at 4 pm and our room wasn't ready. They don't clean rooms daily. For the price I don't think this is acceptable. We didn't realize the outside pool is for adults only until we checked in.

Summary: Location - fantastic Room wasnt ready when we arrived so was somewhat irratating. we were a bit early but 4 hrs after guest checkout. Lots of renovations ongoing so construction equipment everywhere but didnt impact us. Beds and pillows super comfy but ultra loud fan in room prevented us from sleeping. Both free perks (hr kayak and range balls) couldnt be used as they closed the kayaks the day we were planning to go. Pool area by the golf course was super relaxing with great music and ideal water temp but they still have covid restrictions in place making the # of loungers available pretty ridiculous…. The waterside restaurant on site is fabulous.

Summary: When pulling up to the property seen that its under construction however i didn't heaar any noisy aat all The lady with the long hair at checkin was absolutely delightful. The hotel us very clean and the amenities are great, very nice pools and a huge hot tub.

Summary: A short stay in Collingwood, reasonably priced, clean and quiet hotel. A part of the hotel is under construction but that didn't affect us. Reception was great, easy check in and check out. About a 12 minute drive to the Village. The king bed and bedding was extremely comfortable! Recommend.

Summary: Hotel was great, they are currently under construction on the one side so be mindful. The staff was very nice, gave me an envelope with a free kayak trip and a golf voucher. The room was super nice, decorated wonderfully. I loved the towel animal, that made my day. Would definitely stay here again.
