(The home is a unique Cozy Condominium that sits WATERFRONT. As with many waterfront homes we do have stairs involved and a sloped driveway. We also have street level private parking as well if you’d like to park above and walk down. We have an extremely large area for boat parking in our cul-de-sac.). . NOTE: if you are bringing a powered boat and or jet ski, there are restrictions at Lake Tulloch and we advise you please messages us to go over them prior to booking.

Summary: Wonderful Views, Great Weather. It was the relaxing weekend we needed. Waking up to the birds and ducks on the water are the best. Enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching nature waking up. Nice docks and sitting area by the water to enjoy fishing if wanted. Would definitely recommend to others!!!!

Summary: Most importantly I wanted to spoil my son with home cooked food. The kitchen was so well equipped that any high end chef would love. I appreciate a host who goes goes the length for their guest.

Summary: Deck overlooking lake, boat dock on 5 mph section, no wake zone very protected from main lake. Owner was very easy to communicate with and apartment has everything you need! Great place to stay.

Summary: Great spot on the water. He was very honest about the steepness of the driveway and the stairs. There are plenty. But it's nothing unmanageable at all. Just be aware. The dock spot right in front was awesome. Dock has protection on both sides for the boat. Everything was very easy and he was super responsive like in minutes to anything. I had my trailer disconnected and parked up top and 4 cars did block me in on all sides, so be aware and maybe block yourself in to prevent someone else from doing it. Place was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great spot.

Summary: The house was great overall! Clean and had everything needed for the kitchen. The bbq was perfectly clean with propane as well. Having the dock was a huge plus for bringing our own boat. Host had great communication prior and during the trip! House had a nice deck with great views of the lake!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our summer get-away to Lake Tulloch! The lake is lovely and even though it was hotter than we had hoped it would be, our grandkids loved being able to walk down to the private dock, hang out on our boat and jump in the water without having to get in a car and drive. Guests who bring their boats should be aware that the launch ramp options are limited and a bit of a hassle, but it was worth it to have our boat accessible throughout our stay.

Summary: Lovely little 2 room unit, fun family sleep room with 2 queen beds, helpful if you have little who don’t sleep away from home well. Great view of the lake. The new little down town with Tesla charging stations is awesome and easy to get to from the condo, every restaurant we tried was fabulous. Kitchen is great you could cook we did not. We drove about an hour up through Arnold where there’s places to sled. It took about an hour and a half to Bear Valley which has great snow this season. Lots of steps so great exercise for whomever is the car packer/unpacker. I was glad we had 4 wheel drive on the driveway, my wife was afraid to drive it. But the car was just fine with it and making the 3 year old walk up and down wore him out well.

Summary: Our stay was short but sweet. Everything was as it was listed. The scenery is beautiful, even though the lake was low it was still so nice. Thomas was very quick to help with anything we needed and very pleasant to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again someday :)
