Positive: Great off road parking, spacious house (we were 2 adults 3 teenagers). We used the kitchen, well equipped. Quiet, close to shops. Good Internet and media package (Netflix). Only little issue, WC on the ground floor Bathroom on the 1st floor, it was ok for us but for some people might be an issue.

Positive: Location is great for calais, belgium and other local towns/cities. Great private, gated secure parking. Area was quiet. Very close to supermarkets. Property was nice and clean, modern, well equipped with towels, shower gel/shampoo, fans in bedrooms. Even had Netflix on the TV if you have time to watch it. All the information needed was provided easily and the owner was easily contacted and very polite. The welcome hamper is a nice friendly touch. I would recommend and definitely stay again.
Negative: To be very picky, the stairs were a little steep. Maybe older people might struggle. The bath towels were a little rough.

Negative: parking is an issue and crowded. niose of cats around. trash recycle need more clearance , floor and walls is light that you can hear noise of walking stepping , squealing floor . niose of next house . not comfort if sleeping early

Positive: We stayed one night on our way up to Calais and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The decor is beautiful, the facilities and amenities are great and there was even a little welcome box of food which was very well received by my children! Great arrival directions and host really helpfully signposted some places we could grab a bite to eat. As it turned out we had a lot of traffic so we grabbed some food from a supermarkt and were able to cook the children pizzas to eat at the dining table, before they crashed into bed. The bedrooms were a great size and comfortable, The bathroom was huge, beautifully decorated and came with nice touches like shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Plenty of towels and even 2 dressing gown / robes!
Summary: Beautiful little gem - perfect for stopover with a family.

Positive: Secure and easy to access property with a private parking space. The rooms were comfortable, and the host was very kind and even left us plug in mosquito repellers, as well as a few lovely treats - thank you! The bathroom is upstairs but the toilet downstairs and as the stairs are really squeaky it was not possible to walk downstairs during the night without waking everybody up (not exaggerating!). The town it is located in, is not particularly attractive but it was on our way to Germany and apart from a short walk in the evening we did not have to spend any more time there. Overall, we were able to have a good night sleep and could continue with our journey the following day.
