Positive: The most perfect host, home, location, amenities, price and the list could just go on and on. The check-in instructions were concise, understandable and we felt that we had full freedom from the get-go. (Use the middle entrance, otherwise you’ll look like a plonker just sat at the gates, I was that plonker). The house was air conditioned, vibrant, extremely clean and stylish. It was equipped with everything a couple could need on their travels. It also had a really nice energy, I can’t really explain it, but it felt like a family home, a really safe space where you can relax and take a step back from the stresses of life. You will find that the house is very modern and has a deliberate touch of minimalism, but in a way that there are so many things you can use, but it’s all stored so well. Genius really. The bed was so comfortable (my partner wanted to take the rattan rug at the foot of the bed with her, but she exercised restraint). The shower was also squeaky clean (pretty much brand new) and all the necessary sanitary items provided. All in all, would gladly return here. I will also recommend this beautiful accomodation to others. From two very grateful guests

Positive: Our family of four, 2a, 2k stayed here and used as our base for our first trip to Hervey Bay. The hosts thought of everything, the attention to detail and everything like handwash, detergent was of high quality and kitchen cupboard well stocked. The bathroom/laundry is in the middle of the lounge and bedroom, so there's privacy and space between sleep areas. The main bed was super comfy. The host was fast with communication and anything we needed. The fenced-in space made us feel secure with the kids and private. I highly recommend Little Sunshine.

Negative: No air con in the main bedroom, which would be ok usually as it has a ceiling fan and pedestal fan, but we booked during a heat wave, and I'm a weakling. The sofa bed in the lounge room was uncomfortable/hard for an adult but fine for kids. But they're very personal preferencess, obviously, so it's not a big deal.

Positive: The accommodation was amazing. Everything you could need, was provided, plus more. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom was comfortable and well appointed, and the bathroom was modern and included upmarket shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and other amenities. (Not something I normally notice, but the fluffy towels smelled amazing.) The location was lovely and quiet, in a semi rural environment. I will definitely be back.
