Positive: The host Mrs. Ramila ,her family and staff. We didn't feel like, we were visitors. It was like, we are their guests. We had seen the reviews about their hospitality, but never imagined that any owner can be so good. We felt at home. The room, cleanliness and food was superb. When we asked to arrange a cake for our anniversary, they gave us a small gift too. They are lovely people. May God bless them always.

Positive: One of the best stays we've had. The hosts were extremely friendly and the hospitality was excellent. If you're looking for a home-like experience including good food, pls look nowhere else. This is your place. - Friendly hosts who can guide you well within Darjeeling - Sumptuous and delicious food made fresh to order and served hot - Clean rooms with cozy beds (it's like your home so no room service) - Help always available on call given the hosts stay in the same premises - Neat bathroom / Toilets with geysers for hot water supply - Toiletries supply - we didn't use them since we carry out own - Tea / Coffee in room with Kettle for hot water - Mini Library to spend time in the evenings - Great view of the mountains from the balcony - Beautiful collection of flowers in the walkway / garden - One thing you've to be mindful of is that it's in a hill station so you will need to climb up & down with your luggage through the stairs yourselves. If at all one has to suggest improvement areas, perhaps they could add few TV channels. We missed watching IPL matches! :-)
