Positive: I would like to take a moment to say the facts about the property and the service. 1. Property is located a bit interior where you need to shell out money for private cab service. 2. Rooms were very neat and clean. When you enter the road you feel a bit afraid is the property worth staying or not. But once you enter the property, the rooms were very well maintained. Bathrooms had instant geyser where hot water was available instantly. 3. 360 degrees view from top of the house. It will give you a mesmerising feeling when you just go on top of the home. A complete Darjeeling view. Along with Kanchanchenga Mountain View’s . 4. And coming to food. Amazing food was prepared by Mrs Prashant. You will really love the food which is being served. 5. Overall a pleasant stay in Darjeeling. Thank you Banabas Homestay.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this homestay, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The rooms were excellent—comfortable beds, soft pillows, cozy blankets (two per room), cupboards, plenty of storage space, and a water heater with a geyser, which was a blessing in the cold season. The owner, Prasant Ji, was extremely hospitable and well-behaved, making us feel at home right from the start. His family was equally sweet, and we never felt like we were away from home. Safety is top-notch, making this place ideal for both solo travelers and families. The home-cooked food was delicious and hygienic, offered at a reasonable price. From morning tea to dinner, we were well taken care of. While we often had lunch during our trip, we always had dinner at the homestay, and Prasant Ji even packed us dinner for our return journey. Despite it being peak season, he managed to arrange a cab for us, adding to the smoothness of our trip. The highlight, though, was the mesmerizing view from the terrace. Enjoying my morning tea up there became my favorite routine, and the view at night was even more breathtaking—words don't do it justice. In summary, this homestay was a perfect experience in every way, and I strongly recommend it. If you're considering it, don't hesitate—just book it! My advice would be to book well in advance for months like October or February to April. At last I had just one regret, I didn't able to see the mighty Kangchenjunga due to the surprising weather. Thanks, and signing off.

Positive: The hospitality was great. They arranged a scooty at the homestay itself as well as a car for travelling. The food was delicious, felt like home.

Negative: The bed should have been little big. They should provide atleast king size bed.

Positive: The homestay is one of the best places to stay if you want a homely environment along with peace as this is outside the noise and rush.of the main city. A curvy road downwards from Ava art gallery.is.all you need. The owner Mr prashant chetri.and his family manage this homestay and it is an admirable job they do. Clean and spacious room, excellent home cooked food, humble behaviour and most importantly the owner and his family are down to.earth ane humble abd take care of you as thier own family - something money cant buy. A 100% worth homestay experience...my fellow stressed out IT guys..if you want a home away from home experience, go fot it.You wont regret
