Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. The river view room was really pretty. The location was perfect for being close to a lot downtown. Valet is pretty much mandatory as parking anywhere else is a huge hassle. Save yourself the trouble and factor in valet to the price of your stay.

Summary: The room had a musty smell to it. I’m assuming it’s because it’s an older hotel. Bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very nice. The only thing I disliked and will keep me from staying again was the valet. We had to get our car out twice and the first time took over 30 min and the second was 20 min.

Summary: The staff was pleasant and friendly, but they seemed very overwhelmed due to the two large events taking place at the convention center. Valet service was extremely slow — it sometimes took up to an hour to retrieve a vehicle. The elevators were also concerning and felt very unstable, almost like being on a carnival ride. At one point, a family even got stuck in an elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department. It seems that more consistent elevator maintenance and servicing could have helped prevent this issue.

Summary: The size, and layout of the room, the view, the bedding, and the cleanliness. The modern day amenities, although it would be nice if the TV had AirPlay capability. Not everyone carries an HDMI and the adapter around.
