Positive: Wonderful location if you're looking for the perfect quiet get away. Great porch with beautiful view of garden and the English countryside. Cute living, dining, kitchen area. Nice little bedroom and bathroom. Had absolutely everything we could want for. Super comfy and very clean! Very nice host. Everything was super easy. Close to many sightseeing attractions in the English South. Will definitely try to come back, if we should be in the area again!
Negative: Hit a cold and rainy spell in the middle of June so we couldn't enjoy the wonderful porch/patio as much as we would have liked to... We stayed 5 nights which might have been a bit of a longish stay, as the apartment isn't that super large, but everything was so nicely set up, that it was really easy to find enough room for everything, even during our longer stay. Bathroom and shower might be a bit small for some, but we didn't mind at all :)

Positive: We loved Little Pyes Barn, it was the last stay of our road trip and we had stayed at some lovely places all week, this turned out to be our favourite. It was very well laid out and comfortable, the decking off of the living room was amazing with great views of the countryside. We saw foxes, rabbits and owls during the evening.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.
Summary: Comfortable, clean & appealing accomodation in a lovely setting.
