Positive: Very comfortable and well stocked villa in the heart of Split. Host was very helpful and was available to provide assistance when needed.

Negative: Very small with bedroom in a loft type setting with a difficult staircase. Bathroom downstairs meaning staircase had to be navigated through the night.

Positive: The location of "Little Palmina" was excellent to explore Split. It is just 5 minutes from the harbour and old-town with all the nice restaurants and historic sights. The appartement is fully renovated with lovely interior. From the kitchen, but better from the bedroom you have a nice view to the harbour. Can be only recommended and thanks to Nicholas for his kind assistance and hospitality...

Negative: Sitting outside of the apparment was not so charming, as all the guests from the neighour appartement went along the sitting place, to go to their appartements. Unfortunately no privacy on the terrace, but this is not a big issue, as the rest of this place predominated. No parking possibility at the appartment and all free parking places nearby are completed overloaded... so best to park at the parking-garage at the harbour, which is very expensive [€ 48,--/24h]
