Positive: Apartment is fully equipped, clean, easy to find, in a nice, new building. Neighborhood is also nice and it feels safe. Wifi very good, it was already warm inside when we came, and comfortable. It is well connected to the center with metro, and by foot, if you like to walk, 1h distance. The owner is nice and flexible about the check in time, which is highly appreciated. Everything was truly great and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Negative: This is just a suggestion, not a complaint, as we were more than satisfied, but just to have some towel holders on the wall in the bathroom, and at least one shelf in the shower to put the soap, shampon, etc. Other than that, nothing really, apartment is amazing.

Negative: Maybe not directly in the city but so easy to get to everywhere by transportation.

Positive: The property was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were attending a conference, and the location was perfect as it was very close to the MiCo center. Additionally, there were many restaurants and amenities nearby.

Positive: few days before my arrival I received a message from property owner regarding arrival information, My flight was delayed by several hours, and I ended up arriving past midnight, but the owner received me with a smile to hand over keys and show amenities of the unit. Unit and building are fully updated and very comfortable. Completely equipped with everything you might need during a stay, even with possibility to cook your own meals. location was fine for me, roughly 5-10min walk from nearest metro, with good connection to most parts of the city. very quiet area with nearby groceries, restaurants and bars.

Summary: highly recommend staying here
