Positive: The accommodation was exceptionally clean and exceptionally well equipped. There was a very generous welcome basket which was most appreciated. We had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable

Negative: We didn't meet the hosts at all and just to say hello and to ask if there was anything we needed would have made our stay more welcoming. Location wise the property is an annex next to the owner's property on a new build estate- a bit too built up for our liking. On a positive note it was located within walking distance to Frinton- about 20 mins walk.

Positive: This was hired for my brother who was over from Australia and little haven was amazing it had everything that we needed, the location was fantastic the rooms were fantastic clean tidy everything we needed was there it was above and beyond

Negative: Nothing it was perfect 👌 if anything the parking but I’m been fussy

Positive: It was such a good size for four of us (2 adults, child and a baby) really good facilities, really clean, a lovely welcome basket with bits in. They provided clean towels, bedding, toiletries like Shower gel and even some baby bath stuff which was a lovely touch. All beds were made up including the cot and the sofa bed when we got there. Good location for where we needed to go, very quiet area, would definitely come again!

Positive: The apartment had every appliance and amenity needed for a fabulous stay!.. Ninja barbecue and air fryer.. a beautiful welcome basket with Prosecco bread biscuits milk coffee tea etc!..lovely courtyard garden.. really comfortable bed!.. air con units and heaters!.. home from home and within easy driving distance of all the best towns!
