Positive: Location was good. 2 pubs pretty close and the town centre is a 25 minute walk that’s all street lit. Hot tubs under cover and we stopped in it for 4 hours on the first night and didn’t find it lost much heat, if any. We ordered from a thai restaurant one night that we had spotted in the day walking round and the food came within half a hour!

Summary: Very very good. When me and my partner do return to York we shall hoping the property is available!

Positive: Hot tub was amazing, hot all weekend so we used a couple of times. 25 minute walk to the centre. Great free parking. Spacious property.

Negative: Pub round the corner didn’t serve food but not the properties fault. Check out is 10am which is pretty early
