Positive: The location was excellent, a very nice area on the outskirts of Bognor, in a rural lane overlooking fields, but at the same time in easy reach of the main A259 and to the town and shops. We were made welcome on arrival, and given a basket of groceries which was very handy. The property was very clean and tidy, in fact it almost looked brand new and unused!

Negative: It would have been nice to have had a little more outside space, but as we were out all day, every day this is a very minor and unimportant criticism.

Summary: A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Positive: Clean, well appointed, comfortable. Both bedrooms were large, and 2 toilets, one with a lovely rolltop bath and the other in the wet room. Nice quiet location, with a small duckpond very close by. We were met by the host who contacted us before we arrived to give us directions and were welcomed with a basket of essentials like bread and milk, which made our first night much more relaxing than it might have been. Didn't get to use the outside space due to the weather sadly.

Positive: Hosts provided a lovely welcome basket which was perfect as we arrived late so shops were not open. Was very much appreciated. Location was lovely and peaceful. Hosts again were always willing to accommodate if I needed help
