Positive: Perfect size for our family of 6. Good size bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Nice family space for preparing meals and eating. Great facilities, everything we needed. Great location for exploring Yorkshire Moors attractions and also west side of the Dales. Thirsk 10 mins drive away for access to shops and places to eat out too.

Negative: nothing really

Summary: Excellent property, very comfortable, great facilities and great location.

Positive: We loved the cottage, beautifully converted from a byre. We felt very comfortable relaxing in the kitchen/sitting area. It was great to wander out among the farm fields and see the animals. A lovely location.

Negative: The shower in the bathroom was very tricky to use. This is the only negative comment we have.

Summary: A very enjoyable stay in a lovely clean and comfortable cottage on a farm.

Positive: Beautiful Cottage Exceptionally Clean Well equipped Nice quiet location

Negative: Water was not hot enough for 5 showers and we had a problem with the heating/water on our last night/morning so had to have cold showers, the children were looking forward to a bath after our long day shopping and a cold shower didn't really come up to expectations. The host said we could stay an extra couple of hours while the water was sorted on the morning of checkout, but we had already arranged tickets for the time we had to leave, so didn't have time to stay. Also had to boil kettle's to wash up the breakfast things and clean all the surfaces before we left so although this didn't spoil our stay or stop us booking again, it was an inconvenience

Summary: Great place, easy to find, lovely & clean, well equipped very quiet & peaceful, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Location is just great, nice, quiet and peaceful place, cottage is beautifully designed and very comfortable

Negative: The only thing is that the shower hasn't had cold water. Maybe they didn't realise the cold water tap was not working, this is the only didn't like but others everything was great, l highly recommend this place
