Positive: My husband and I only stayed for two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect retreat. We stayed in the Little Acorn, Luxury Shepherd Hut, and it was absolutely fabulous. The Shepherd Hut had every little luxury we could wish to have. Extremely clean, modern with a very thoughtful welcome basket, beautiful private garden with hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ, but best of all was the exceptional views that were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

Negative: To be perfectly honest, there wasn't anything my husband and I didn't like. I personally would have liked somewhere to hang my clothes but really it wasn't a problem. There was a lovely little shop where you could buy essentials from and the hosts and family were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect stay. Thank you.

Positive: A beautifully , kitted out Shepherd's Hut in a stunning location in mid Wales . We loved the views down the valley , the gardens, and of course meeting the animals . We also welcomed the hot tub at the end of our working days ! Host Matt was lovely too and kindly sorted out any issues we had ...e.g. lighting the Barbeque, opening the hot tub or accessing TV channels . Diolch yn fawr. ( PS The Spar in Llanfyllin is the nearest store and is well stocked including the 'Cook' range of food ).

Negative: No sign of the Welsh language in the information . shame . Missing a good opportunity to promote the Welsh language . Maybe add some bilingual info ? Shepherd's Hut = Cwt Bugail .
