Summary: The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!). The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it). The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in. The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

Summary: The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property
