Positive: The facilities at LioLio are beautiful. Very clean and the bathrooms are like taking a shower in your very own jungle. The beds are beyond comfortable and we loved having the joining rooms so the kids could stay next to us. Breakfast each morning was great. The staff is very friendly and professional and helped us with tuk tuks and private transportation everywhere we went.

Negative: The only things lacking would be room service for food any other time of the day. It took us a couple of days to figure out that we could have food delivered so if that was mentioned earlier we would have been more prepared and could have spent more time at the resort by the personal plunge pools. The other is laundry service expense. It is VERY expensive to send out for laundry service here (we did laundry at 3 other resorts over our stay and they all were more than a third of the cost).

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Lio Lio Suites! The staff was amazing from start to finish—warm, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The rooms were clean, cute, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with great portions and fresh options. The location was perfect for us: close enough to reach El Nido center quickly, but just far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We rented a scooter directly from the property, and it was the best way to get to Lio Beach—which turned out to be absolutely stunning. And once again, the staff was epic in helping us organize everything smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great vibes, and the perfect El Nido base!

Negative: If we had to mention a couple of downsides, the rooms were not very soundproof, so noise could travel at times. Also, the air conditioning made quite a racket, especially at night. Nothing major, but something to be aware of.

Positive: Our stay in Lio Lio Suites was perfect. Rooms are very pretty, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. It’s also very nice to have your own green outdoor area with a swimming pool, which gets cleaned every day. And of course we can’t mention the fantastic personnel, who very kind and extremely helpful, aiding us with all we needed: transportation, local tips, money exchange, etc. Breakfasts were also very tasty and nutritious

Negative: The location is not exactly in the touristy centre of El-Nido, but Lio Beach is very close and you can easily get anywhere you want via tuk-tuk, which you can even order through the hotel administration

Positive: We stayed here for 5 nights. We loved every second. Felt luxurious, great service from really kind staff that helped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and facilities, breakfast was good and even the location was good with only a short tricycle ride to Lio beach or to El Nido town. If you are tired of the masses but still want to be close to the pulse of town, this is perfect! Loved it!

Positive: "Having worked in the tourism industry for 30 years and traveling around the world in so many places and hotels, I have quite high standards, and honestly, this hotel exceeded them in every way. After struggling to find a truly decent hotel in Palawan, El Nido finally delivered! The hotel is stunning—brand new, modern, and stylish. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the bathroom; showering among tropical plants (at least in the Presidential Suite) was a unique experience. The terrace and private pool were equally impressive, especially at night when the lighting created a perfectly relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to provide top-tier service. However, the true heart of this complex is the owners, Martha and Borje. They are an amazing couple who did everything humanly possible to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. If you are visiting El Nido, I cannot recommend this place enough. A true 5-star experience in hospitality!"

Negative: "Even though the hotel is brand new and I was expecting some minor issues, nothing really disappointed me. It is clear that there is room for growth and further improvement, but I am absolutely certain that Martha and Borje are already working hard on this. Positive: The property is beautiful, the rooms are private and very large and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff is exceptional and so helpful. This was the certainly the highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Loved the proximity to Lio Beach and the airport. The daily breakfast was nice and loved the plunge pool. Overall great property and highly recommend.

Negative: The surrounding area is a bit away from the main town of El Nido but easily accessible via Tricycle/(motorized rickshaws). It is more residential area and there was some construction noise that was unpredictable. Internet can be spotty at times but to be expected on an island. We do wish there was more communal space on the property like a bar perhaps but overall we had a nice stay.
