Positive: Restaurant staff were a fabulous bunch of Italians and very helpful.

Negative: No aircon and the heating was on when we got there. Took is a whole to figure out why the room wasn't cooling down.

Positive: The view from the room was amazing. We were in the 12th floor but the room was definitely in need to some TLC and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The staff were excellent, particularly Noel who was exceedingly helpful and informative.

Negative: None of the wall sockets worked. Electrical sockets broken. Bathroom shower screen in poor repair and generally not great cleanliness.

Positive: The building is quite unique, breakfast was of good quality, room was very spacious and had great skyline views over Frankfurt. Staff were very nice and professional. Beds were very comfortable and facilities, like spa and pool, were very complete and not busy at all.

Negative: Room had a weird smell, as if someone had smoked in it. The lifts broke down in the day of checkout so we had to do a total of 26 floors by the stairs! Minor point finally, the wooden floors in the room were full of scratches around the bedside tables, a bit unbecoming of a 4-star hotel.
