Positive: I was travelling for work to attend Ambiente show ,arrived early before 0900am there was no access at that time I messaged the hotel and quickly M/S Ute answered and said she was on her way and would check me in ,I had a coffee around the corner and within 45 mins she contacted me to come and check in Excellant. The location via tram 16 to the show and back perfect Very near medium sized supermarket Very quiet Exceptionally clean and secure Great WiFi Friendly reception M/S Ute very helpful anything I asked . Great kitchen

Negative: Only CNN in English not an issue because good WiFi It was nice and warm (it's January) in the room good heating ,but in the summer with no AC could be an issue ?? The bed and linen clean and new but the bed firm for me .
