3 Bedroom House in Sheffield Neighbors, Chicago

Lincoln Park is one of the most coveted areas to live or stay in Chicago. DePaul University is less than a block away. Lincoln Park Zoo, the Lakefront, Second City, Park West are a few of the places just within a mile.
Within walking distance you will find coffee shops, grocers, fine, casual and specialty dining, bars, boutiques ,salons, spas, and yoga/workout studios.
You'll find everything you need in our casual, cozy digs.....but, the adventures of the city are just a quick Uber away!
When you walk in on the first floor level, the hallway to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths are in front of you. To your right is the the view of the living room, kitchen and half bath. The first bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, twin bunk beds, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a closet. Across the hall from those bedrooms is a bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a large walk in closet, plus it's own full bathroom with a shallow tub/shower.
The stairs will then take you to the street level living space which features a 20 plus foot vaulted ceiling with original brickwork (1939). It is an open concept kitchen/dining/living room. The living room has a couch and chair and cozy rug for viewing the TV. The dining room has seating for 8. The kitchen is well stocked, and equipped, and has a huge pantry for extra storage. Past the kitchen is the half bath and a door that leads to a laundry room. The washer and dryer are for your use, however it is a space that is shared with our two wonderful neighbors.
If booking is cancelled after 24 hours of booking, we will keep 3% of the payment due to charges acquired by issuing the refund.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Village In! It was perfect for our family of five! The location was perfect with easy walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, and just a couple blocks away from the brown and red train lines. The host was great to work with and everything was very smooth!

Summary: The accommodations were excellent - clean and comfortable and in a terrific neighborhood. Most things were walkable or a short uber ride away. Just was communicative and helpful. The only thing I’d change was the parking - on street - which can’t be changed. We did find a spot every time we needed one, though it was in the next block once or twice. But I highly recommend the place!

Summary: We were pleased with the accommodations & the area in Lincoln Park. Host left us a few items in the unit (beer, coffee, creamer, OJ, etc.) Julie Ann was very responsive & prompt. Nice property. The only con would be if you have senior citizens with mobility issues, there are stairs to navigate.

Summary: Great place to stay, absolutely nothing to complain about. Great layout, well stocked on everything. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a Vrbo rental. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance of the house. Awesome neighborhood Would definitely stay here again

Summary: We were traveling with two of our adult children. This home with three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths worked very well for us. Short walk to train stations for getting around Chicago area and walking distance to some nearby restaurants. Easy check in and check out process.

Summary: Loved our stay at The Village Inn. Very comfortable and quiet. A beautiful neighborhood in Lincoln Parl. Communication was great. Very clean and there were no disappointments with the furnishings. Loved the gesture of providing us with overnight parking stickers!!
