Positive: The apartment is well maintained and very close to the center. It is walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful. We had a wonderful time!!

Negative: The boiler for hot water is only good for 1 shower. We were 6 people so we had to wait a long time for everyone to shower. Otherwise, everything was great.

Negative: Everything was satisfactory and pleasant. I can’t fault it.

Positive: It is a rather big apartment: spacious but still cosy. There is a balcony going around almost he whole apartment. Plenty of room and a great spot for having a drink in the evening sun while watching the lights of the village get switched on one after another. You can do hiking from here as well as great excursions by bike or car. The outdoor area of Pramanta is amazing and Linas House is the perfect place to start. We were all by ourselves in that big house (there is another floor above our apartment, but no one seemed to live there). Parking place for the car is right in front of the house. The rent is not cheap, but it is worth.

Positive: The apartment is outstanding. Thoughtfully decorated, fully furnished kitchen, and spacious bedrooms (we're a couple and three kids). The apartment is situated at the outskirts of Parmanta village, a very convenient location for visiting nearby attractions (Kalarites to Syrrako trail, Kouiassa, Katarraktis and Kefalovryso waterfalls, Anemotrypa Stalactite Cave). Walking distance from the village center. Parking is ample and easy. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in the Tzoumerka region.

Positive: A very nice apartment, clean and close to the center of Pramanta. The owner was available at any time.

Negative: Had to wait 15 minutes between showers for the water to get warm, which is a lot of time for a family of 5….

Summary: We liked the stay. I would definitely recommend it for people visiting Tzoumerka.
