Lily Pad South is nestled in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY. This two bedroom unit is super clean and a great place to relax. The property is rural, yet centrally located to 5 lakes, skiing at Gore Mountain, and famous Lake George Village, with easy highway access only five minutes away.
Sleeps 4 adults plus 1 infant. If you have a smaller or larger group, please inquire about the availability of a 4 bedroom house or the adjacent 7 bedroom house.
CLEAN and COZY!
Unwind and relax in a clutter free space. Both bedrooms feature luxurious bed linens and beds are prepped for your arrival. The fully equipped kitchen features cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and small appliances. A full bathroom with tub/shower include a bath towel set for each guest. Washer & dryer in private laundry room. Infant booster seats and pack `n` play included.
Enjoy the outdoors with the outdoor fire pit with seating. Private lake access is a short distance away with private parking, boat docking, a picnic table, and a 2nd fire pit. Guests are welcome to use the numerous canoes and kayaks and their related equipment.
Ground level entrance with sidewalks and paved parking. We keep all parking and walkways easily accessible through winter. Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles.

`Private Adirondack lake setting` yet only a 5 minute drive to a major highway. Loon Lake is a quiet lake with nearby swimming, fishing, and boating. Nearby restaurants and local breweries for every palette. Motor boat rentals and ski equipment available from the local marina.
During the winter, enjoy skiing at Gore Mountain or take in nature on cross country skis or snowshoes. Snowmobile rentals available just down the road. Only 25 minutes to historic Lake George Village and The Great Escape theme park.

Summary: The property was good enough due to its location to Gore Mountain to ski. But the house is super close to a road without enough insulation to soften traffic noise. You can also hear footsteps from the apartment above. We did not sleep well here. Communication with property contact was spotty.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with cookware & spices, lots of towels & crisp fresh sheets. 2 nice restaurants (Bull house & OP Fredericks) are within a few minutes drive. There is a LOT of outdoor firewood & we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit.

Summary: Very clean and spacious. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Use of boats, canoes, and kayaks, all included, and just a few minutes to the sandy town beach. We had a lovely stay

Summary: We had such a lovely stay at the Lily Pad. The space was a perfect size for two couples and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks over on the lake! Cheri was very easy to communicate with and we appreciated the late check out on our last day. We will definitely be coming back!

Summary: This is the perfect place to stay. Has all the amenities that you could possibly need for a short stay. Home was very clean and kitchen was stocked with all cooking items and dishes. Beds were clean and comfortable which ample blankets. Shower was clean and plenty of towels. We thought the location was great because it’s centrally located to everyplace we wanted to go. The only negative I have is that the unit above ours was also being used and the ceilings are very thin so we constantly heard them moving about when they were there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Summary: What I loved most was it was like staying in your own home, quiet, clean, and private. The only drawback was no coffee in the kitchen. Otherwise absolutely give stars. I want to stay in this exact house again if welcome. They were very nice, too, and accommodating.

Summary: 2nd stay! Clean as a hospital comfy beds (2) great heat, tv streaming wifi cozy couch/recliner great hot water good price everything you need to cook! Have all you food/drink and you're good to go! Coming back next ski/snowmobile season!
