The property features tiled terraces surrounding the home, including a 6m² covered area, and a beautifully landscaped garden with a parking space. Located on the edge of a holiday park, the property enjoys plenty of privacy. The park itself spans 52 hectares, with 11 hectares divided into plots ranging from 250 to 600m². Within the park are around 130 chalet caravans, 8 Abeille chalets, and 30 stone summer homes, all connected to essential utilities such as sewerage, water, and electricity, each with its shower and toilet.
Each accommodation unit is uniquely decorated, offering a personal touch from the owners. The park provides a variety of activities, allowing guests to enjoy them in groups or individually. Whether you're seeking relaxation in the peaceful surroundings or adventure in the beautiful Languedoc/Gard region—with opportunities for canoeing, cave exploration, horseback riding, and more—this park offers the perfect balance.
