Summary: Right on lake area and just beautiful. gave me a feeling of new england style.Architecture. the room was nice and clean just like in the picture.I will be coming back.

Summary: This was our third stay here in these units first time in the Lighthouse View Suite and I can honestly say I loved it!! The view of the lighthouse and water was amazing from the room. The unit was very clean and comfortable and plenty of room for me and my husband's stay. We love the town of Fairport Harbor and the beach there and will be back again next year. Highly recommend Zach and his wonderful building.

Summary: Loved the location, actual unit was shabbier and more rundown than pics showed. Loud nightlife, halls of building smelled of smoke and were musty. Great for the price and location. Very cute town, close to the beach.

Summary: The property was very clean and centrally located. Was a little disappointed to find out there was a loud bar across the street from the property, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up about that. Property rules stated quiet hours between 8pm-8am, which was fine, though I don’t think it would have mattered with the loud bar across the street.

Summary: We came for the festivities of the Labor Day weekend. This location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The property was very well kept, very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV in bedroom.
