Summary: Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside.

Summary: Very nice condo. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to walk on beach. The one downside is that the description stated that there were extra blankets in the rooms; this was not true. an excellent place to stay.

Summary: Beach view was great. Watched the barges go by slowly in the morning with lots of birds flying around. Beaches are extremely clean. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Could use some more light in the bedroom. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator. Climbing the stairs with a large suitcase was quite challenging. Overall, very nice and the area has lots of fun eating places.

Summary: I have a leg with a plate and screws in it. We booked our place but it wasn’t clear that there was no elevator. 4 flights of stairs was very hard on my leg and we’re in our 60’s. I personally think it needs to state somewhere that there is no elevator. Thanks

Summary: Unit was great grounds a little off. One pool closed. Gate to parking was broke, they did fix it. Path to beach had a sign, watch for venomous snakes.

Summary: We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying.

Summary: The room itself wasn't bad. The housekeeper could have done a little better job cleaning. The rubber thing under the rugs was all bunched up making the rug a trip hazard. The garbage disposal smelt like death. Random bobby pins in the floor. We were on floor C. You have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to your room. Only 2 units on the whole property are ocean view. We booked a room with an ocean view and couldn't see it anywhere. It's about a 10 minute hike to get to the beach. Yes there is a pier but it's only about 20 feet long the rest of the way is hot, loose sand. And don't let me forget the warning sign for venomous snakes on the trail! I got more exercise in this trip than a normal week at work.
