Positive: The apartment was great, the host was very helpful, it was lovely and clean, great facilities, washing machine, plenty of kitchen utensils, modern. They were very helpful on check in and check out times. Good wifi. Helped us with an umbrella for the very rainy days and takeaway delivery restaurant.

Negative: Location was a little remote, we travelled to attend a wedding at Black Sea Rama next door, its 2km away, difficult to get a taxi from there, main hotel offered a shuttle but charges 20 euros for it one way. The site was pretty much a ghost town due to it being out of season, supermarket all closed, on site restaurant also closed, only places open was the main hotel on the resort and the golf clubhouse. You really needed a hire car to stay here at this time of year for sure, it would have been helpful to know in advance the supermarket is closed so we could have been a bit more prepared and a bit more self sufficient. Hire car to park is 6 euros a day though...

Positive: Very clean and modern.Great view from the balcony

Negative: The dirty well water. Plumbing of the complex was not what we expected. Dirty brown water kept coming out of the faucet and shower. Be aware the gate is a scam. Even after we paid for 3 full days at the desk the camera couldn’t recognize our license plate we ended up paying 2 times for the same thing. The gate person was never there to help you! The staff at the gate needs more improvement and be at their work place to help guests with gate issues.
