In our individually and lovingly furnished holiday home you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday on about 90 square meters. The floor-heated ground floor leads to the modern and very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, blender, pasta machine, mixer, cake pans, kettle, filter coffee machine, mocha pot, toaster, oven, large ceramic hob, high-quality pans and pots, tea towels) , Cleaning utensils ...). The bright dining area adjoins with a cozy corner bench. The rustic wooden table can also be pulled out and offers space for seven people. Opposite the small reading corner you will find the living area with satellite TV, DVD player and music system with a selection of CDs. Sound stations are also available in the dining area and on the upper floor. There is also free WiFi in the apartment. The double terrace leads to the large terrace. Here you can prepare your meal on the existing grill and enjoy it at the dining area under the pergola. The lounge area on the other hand invites you to relax while enjoying the evening sun.
Children will find something for themselves in the Mediterranean garden: depending on the season, they can snack on raspberries, strawberries, currants, blueberries and blackberries. The property is closed and offers a parking space for your car. Bicycles for adults and children are also available. We would be happy to provide you with maps for cycling tours of different standards around Dinkelsbühl.
The two bedrooms and the floor-heated bathroom are upstairs.
The large bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa corner to pull back and relax. The "French balcony" gives you a wonderful view from above of the terrace and garden and floods the room with sunlight.
In the other bedroom you will find a small writing and working area and a French bed (140cm wide).
In the spacious bathroom you can relax in the bathtub or just take a quick shower after cycling. Towel heater and hair dryer are available.

Summary: We really our stay. Great well equipped house with a lovely backyard. Only thing missing was a washing machine. Wifi could have been better.

Summary: We planned to stay here as a "base" to visit other places as day trips. The apartment and town were so wonderful there was no reason to leave. The hosts Stephan and Stephanie were wonderful and went above and beyond responding to a simple request re the bike. It made for great options for us to see the country side. So nice to stay and have a place to relax in the garden.

Summary: We had a great holiday in this house! It was very nice that we stayed so close to the city centre with all the nice restaurants! Dinkelsbuhl is a very beautiful city and we made a lot of walks around the city wall with the beautiful towers. The house had a beautiful garden and we had a lot of privacy.

Summary: The property lies just outside the fortified city of Dinkelsbuehl making it an ideal base to explore the romantic road. It has all the modern amenities you could possibly imagine. The garden surrounding the property gives a further ambiance of spaciousness and is very well kept. It is full of birds that visit frequently. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever seen in our many travels, making it possible to cook anything imaginable. It even has a pasta machine and mixers and an enormous variety of herbs! The hosts were extremely polite, helpful and non intrusive. All in all it was a marvelous stay. Thank you Stephanie and Stephan. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a most enjoyable stay in this lovely house. It is comfortable and well-equipped and we felt very much at home. When the outside temperature dropped considerably during our stay, the house was warm and comfortable. It is in an ideal, quiet location, just a short walk to the town gate and a perfect base to visit this beautiful area of Germany. Summary: The house is very nice, bright and clean with a homely atmosphere and an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and living area are nice and spacey too and, naturally, well furnushed. The garden is wholly fenced and quite undisturbed. Our hosts, Stepahnie and Stefan, were very welcoming. They live next door and are easy to get in touch with if necessary, speaks fluently English, and they even provided fresh eggs and vegetables of their own production. Thanks a lot! The house is situated very close to the northern gate of the inner city of Dinkelsbühl. A most recommendable town, especially for people with historical interests, with the many well preserved houses and a unique medieval city wall. If you - as we did - happen to bump into the yearly festival of "Kinderzeche" it is a most spectacular event for both adults and children. The surrounding landscape is quite recommendable for bicycle riders, both experienced who can seek the hilly areas not to too far from the town and relatively untrained cyclists, who may want to stay closer to the Wörnitz river. Alltogether my wife and I (and not least our dog) had a wondeful stay in Dinkelsbühl.
