Positive: I appreciate the engagement once the booking was confirmed. Enabled me to make arrangements which otherwise would have been forgotten or left alone. Thank you! Since it was a special day for us, Vivien and the team went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one and very special. The room (Honeymoon suite) was spacious, clean and well positioned in the garden.

Negative: On arrival I was not sure if I have arrived at the correct location and was not sure how/where to enter the premises. The Code/pin for the gate (I assume the pin on email confirmation was for the Gate) was not working. I think the Cold airline type breakfast is more practical for the host, but I would have preferred a warm breakfast instead.

Summary: We really appreciate the recognition and the effort made to make us feel welcome and special!
