Positive: The host was an extremely good communicator. The location with its magnificent second floor view over the marina was very quiet and tranquil; as was the walk to the river mouth. The unit was comfortable and commodious with restaurants, cafes and shops in easy walking distance.

Negative: The bedrooms were a little tight for managing suitcases. Would help if there was useable room under the beds.

Summary: A most relaxing place to unwind.

Positive: Great location and lovely view. Communication was very thorough and clear

Negative: No toiletries whatsoever - sorry but this is a basic of any SA unit so was very disappointed. Too many signs dictating rules in the apartment which, whilst understandable, did come across quite heavy handed and took the shine off staying here. Tired furniture - saggy mattress and shabby dining chairs really need replacing. The TV far too tiny and would be perfectly acceptable in a bedroom but really not appropriate for the main lounge TV in this day and age
