Positive: Pet friendly without additional fees. Good location, very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sized bathroom and kitchenette with full size fridge. The coffee press and the google nest was a nice addition. The free WiFi was great as we could hookup our Wyze camera to periodically check in on our two chihuahuas. Finding free parking in the neighborhood easy over weekend. Overall it was a nice little crash pad for us and our two little chihuahuas.

Negative: No TV in the bedroom. The spray painted graffiti leading up to the carriage house was disappointing. The hallway leading up to the unit could a some cleaning or fresh paint on the walls. The gate leading to the stairs could use some WD-40.

Summary: Very clean, good location and pet friendly!!

Positive: Location was close enough to walk everywhere downtown. Size was fine. It's small, but it's Savannah. It was mostly clean. Strong smell of bleach when we arrived.

Negative: Kitchen could use some more items. Mugs are enamel, so they can't go in the microwave. Only one wine glass. No way to heat up water for the French press or for tea other than the pot on the stove. The trash bins block the gate to the stairs, so you have to brush by them to go in and out. This was a little gross. The management company never responded to messages on booking.com. I think they are new to the platform. Nothing was critical or we would have called them directly. The parking information sent was a little confusing, but you can park for free on nearby streets as long as it's not in a parking spot with a number (which requires paying at the kiosks). Pay attention to the signs for weekly street cleaning.

Summary: Small, comfortable apartment close to downtown.

Positive: We were so close to the city center. Everything was within walking distance.

Negative: No parking at this location until after 5 pm, but it was only a minor inconvenience. You really have to buy a daily parking pass.
