Summary: This is a truly beautiful location! The house is cute and homey, the view is gorgeous, and the hosts were great! If noise bothers you, there is a lot of road noise, but we will definitely return if we get the chance!!

Summary: Great stay at this lovely cottage just outside of Lexington. Convenient to all Lexington has to offer while a bit removed from the town and surrounded on all sides by a nice quiet horse pasture. Could use a few updates. The tile coming off wall in shower, many lamps were missing light bulbs, and the clothes dryer was very loud though the owner came by one day looking for a package while it was running and said it was being replaced. Well stocked overall. Could use a dish brush in the kitchen as there is not a dishwasher. Would definitely recommend as was a good value. Not fancy but very homey.

Summary: This is a beautiful property! Close to everything in Lexington, but far enough out that you’re “away” from everything too. The house is perfect size for a small family or get together with friends, everything we needed was there. Host was very responsive to a couple questions. It really is on a horse farm, and you’ll see the horses every day. My family and I enjoyed getting out of an evening walking the grounds and seeing the horses. Definitely a nice stay, we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a getaway for relaxation or close to Lex this is both!

Summary: I was truly impressed by the stunning beauty of this home and its surroundings. Waking up to the sight of their majestic horses outside the window brought a sense of peace and tranquility. The location was ideal for our event at the Horse Park. The cozy home was tastefully decorated, reflecting the care and attention to detail the owners put into their rental. While we faced a minor issue beyond their control, it was quickly and efficiently resolved. We will absolutely be returning renters whenever we visit Lexington in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental for a peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful stay.

Summary: This property is in a little piece of Kentucky heaven. Flocked by green pastures and gorgeous horses, this property has lovely, peaceful, views on every side. Our 3 year old was able to ride his bike along safe trails between the paddocks and the yard was fully fenced in. There was plenty of outdoor seating on both porches and a covered area to grill. The house has all that a family would need and was clean and organized. We attended an event at the Rupp Center, visited the Ark Encounter, and the Horse Park. Also, there are lots of great restaurants and bakeries to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a little getaway.
