Positive: Half Shutters inside house windows block busy street. Private house - no neighbors. Very clean, updated, furniture and beds very comfortable. The 1950s Formica table is great. Lots of games to play. nice yard.

Negative: Need 4 nightstands (only 2 there) with 6 lamps for each side of 3 beds.. Doesn't tell you there isn't a dishwasher. Need real curtains in the bedrooms. Need lower step added to get in house. ground one is too high- the whole reason we chose this was 95 year old mother and it is a 1 level house. Need to adjust barn door to bathroom in master bedroom it's too hard to shut. Need to fix/replace master bedroom vanity sink. top drawer broken and barn door thing is off rails - it's cheap. The kitchen dish drain over the sink drips water on the floor - get a regular dish drain. Suggest you put stepping stones from gate to steps into house would prevent dirt/mud tracking in house. Comcast TV was only access. You should put this in your listing - $275 a night and no antenna, cable TV - at least get Roku or smart TV - no batteries in the TV remote. Says put trash out in cans - there are no cans and no trash pick up. The only entrance to the house is a full length glass door.
