Positive: Ducks are lovely! Lovely to have dinner delivered to the room.. Kitchen table llvely work space.
Negative: Road noise was very disturbing at night but this is not in property's control. Bathroom had a bit of an enclosed smell.

Negative: The sheets were dirty and had stains. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The check-in was cumbersome. It looks exactly like the pictures but the reality is not great. The location is lovely and serene.
