Positive: The location is great when traveling back and fourth from Cooperstown Dream Park. Nice and quiet area. The garage turned game room is perfect to entertain kids. Plenty of space and multiple families or friends could share the house.

Negative: The water pressure isn't good for showers and the water doesn't get hot, just warm. The refrigerator wouldn't get very cold. The internet isn't great and the TV wouldn't connect.

Positive: This home was as advertised plus more. the kitchen has all the dishes and pans you will need. The quality of the bedding and bath towels were exceptional. Being there during the snow storm it was cozy and warm. there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to meet your needs.
