Positive: We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this place. My friend and I found it comfortable, clean, and nestled in a small quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located and we liked having a grocery store only a 20 minute walk away. Our host Daris, was friendly, kind and responded to any emails I sent to her. We would stay here again for sure.

Positive: I stayed for a week. ++ Location: quiet neighborhood. No crime, no homeless. Walking distance to the farmers market (Saturdays) and to the zoo. ++ Value: Apartment with washer, dryer, WiFi, kitchen etc. for money. Including parking spot. ++ Responsive host: Quick answers to email and WhatsApp

Negative: -- Cleaning: The apartment was not cleaned at all after the previous guest. There seemed to be a communication breakdown between the cleaner and the host, and no quality check. But the host was very responsive and cleaned herself the next morning. -- Some things need an update: There's a cracked window, the dishwasher is super old, etc.
