Negative: Although I booked at the last minute ( around 1715) ...and my booking was confirmed... the property should have opened by 1730.... I ride my bike up the steep hill to arrive around 1745.... no answer, or anybody supposedly there - all gates locked ....then around 1800 received a message to say no one would be there until 1900 ( as I had booked last minute ! ) .... I stood outside shivering cold for another hour before the lady arrived..and then found the man was inside the property all the time !! No explanation given! Not in my view fair practice!
