Positive: We loved this gîte! It was perfect for our overnight stay. It was super clean and our lovely host was on hand to provide everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We definitely want to return for a longer stay! Thank you.

Positive: late booking for me, but what a gem, set in a tranquil old farm yard setting. tremendous set up. Very grand conversion of what must have been farm outbuildings. High end restoration. extremely clean and functional, with outside space. great value for money. Only thing I could request to better the stay would be, wi-fi & maybe a smart TV. TV was fine but a smart tv & wifi would have received a 10 out of 10. however my score will be 9.95 out of 10. great setting very rural. Highly recommended. and very friendly host. we met electronically and personally very nice chap with a very cute dog A1

Positive: Cute flat with an excellent bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen appliances were also good (bobs were very fast to heat up!). The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the car could be parked right by the flat. Nice quiet location.

Negative: Unlike most other gites/flats/houses, there were no basic cooking ingredients provided (e.g., salt and pepper). The kitchen area was tiny, which meant that prepping even basic food, and doing the washing up, was a bit more difficult than usual. No WiFi provided.

Positive: A beautifully decorated and appointed gite, with a charming and welcoming host. We are already planning a return trip to France next year and will hope to stay at Les Muches again.

Negative: The only thing we missed was a bread knife - but this was true of most of the gites we stayed in. It's obviously not usual equipment in a French household.

Summary: Excellent, we'll stay again.

Positive: ....travelling around France then each night is a stop-over, however, i re-arranged my travel schedule so I could stop here a 2nd night. Having a small kitchenette with all the essentials, a really nice bathroom and a large, separate bedroom with a real comfy bed is everything a 'bloke on a mission' needs. A series 10/10.

Negative: ....is only 'French speaking TV in France unreasonable...? (all the EU bods speak English...!!!).

Positive: Beautiful and cozy apartment, pleasant and friendly host. It looks exactly like the photos, and everything has been recently renovated with taste and high-quality materials. The kitchen, although we didn't use it, is equipped with everything you need.

Negative: No Wifi, sofa bed and pillows a bit hard.

Positive: Place was very clean and all new. Decorated nicely.

Negative: Shower head doesn't stay up. Needs a toilet roll holder. Bed very hard. It says on description they understand English but they do not. They sent change of key position details and picture 2 days late so spent ages looking for key and they couldn't speak English to explain where it was. Once inside it was lovely. Just bad communication.
