Negative: - the apartment was maybe „good“ a long time ago, at a time when the pictures were taken, but now it is in urgent need of a deep clean and a renovation. Cobwebs are in every corner, the bathroom smells very moldy, under the old wooden windows the wood is rotting. In the kitchen and the bathroom you find almost empty bottles of cleaning supplies which seems to have been bought and used a long time ago. Some of the problems might be attributable to the health of the host, she is barely able to get up the stairs to the apartment and is most likely no longer able to manage the cleaning it by herself - the kitchen lacks the basic equipment (cutting board etc) and the things that are there are too old to use (all coating has melted away from the pan and the pots - seriously health risk!) - very cold at night, as all windows and walls are original also therefore very old. I would not recommend staying there outside the summer season or with a baby - linens are 100% polyester. - in the whole apartment only 3 outlets work, one of them is occupied by kitchen equipment
